In our aluminum electrostatic powder coating facility, profiles up to 8 meters can be easily painted in the desired colors (RAL color catalogue). Electrostatic powder coating refers to the process of applying powder particles of a resin to aluminum surfaces of various colors. This resin powder is applied to the material using an electrostatically charged spray gun, which allows the powder to bind to the receiving material.
After the product is coated with dry resin powder, the finish is fired in a large industrial furnace that allows the powder to absorb itself into the metal. This creates a smooth, thick and durable surface. Powder coating is available in the full range of colors and gives the material additional resistance to chemicals, UV rays and cracking or chipping.
